I think I finally found something that helped me, at least for a while… Pickles and salted crackers! :happydance:

What do you eat to help? I could hardly stomach anything until this.

Green jolly ranchers. Saved my life with baby #2 and when it strikes with baby #3. Has to be green though. The other colors gross me out.

Dry crackers always seems to help. Lemons are good to so I drink lemonade when I'm feeling nausea, especially when I need to eat something.

I've heard ginger can be good but to be careful how much you ingest as it can cause you to MC if taken in high doses for a longer period of time:wacko:

Anything citrus seemed to help - found the lemon/lime cold fizzy water in a vending machine in work with DD 1 and it got me through a lot of working days!

Lime cordial and soda is the only thing I am able to drink.
I am 11+ weeks. When will MS pass? Baby #3 never had it this bad but I'm 39 which prob doesn't help.
