MS has stopped at 8 weeks- eek!

My MS started at 5+6 and a few days ago it just appears to have stopped

I never really had any other pregnancy symptoms and now I am freaking out

Is it really only possible to have MS for 2 weeks and it to finish before 8 weeks?

I am sooooooo scared this is the start of MMC.
I have a scan today at 5.40, but that's houuuuuuurs away. I am so scared. I keep having weird dreams about it and am setting myself up for the baby to have already died and there be no hearbeat
I just have a really bad feeling.

Hey there,

I understand why you are so worried but i'm sure you will be fine. Symptoms come and go all the time. When I had my mmc, my symptoms didn't just disappear, it was more of a gradual thing . I'm glad that you are getting scan as it should put your mind at ease. fingers crossed for strong heartbeat!!!

Don't worry at 8 weeks the placenta starts to take over some of the hormone production, so it's very common to start to feel better. It's also very common for the MS to come and go for the next few weeks, so enjoy the good days.

Yes, it will most likely come and go for the next few weeks - enjoy the good days, then the bad days won't seem so bad (perhaps?)

well the good news is that all is ok!!!

Baby is in the right place, heartbeat good, so the symptoms must just be the usual ups and downs. I'd got myself into a right mess, as we've had two m/cs in the family recently and I'd got it into my head I'd be the third - well I suppose there is still time

But here is my beanie. It's not a great photo, prob cause I am a fatty but hey ho
