multi prenatal vitamin and CoQ10 together?

so I will be the first to admit I don't get the vitamins and minerals everyday that I should! so I was going to buy that Fertilaid for women, but with buying it for my DH and countboost as well, it gets pretty expensive. I guess my question is, instead of spending 30 bucks on fertilaid for myself, could I take the Nature Made Prenatal Multivitamin and a CoQ10 supplement with that? it's about 15 bucks cheaper to do it this way, and i'm still pretty much getting everything I need. The multivitamin has Vitamin A 4,000 IU and 100% Beta Carotene. 100 MG Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 IU, Vitamin E 11 I.U, thiamin 1.5 MG, Riboflavin 1.7 mg, Niacin 18 mg, Vitamin B6 2.6 mg, Folic Acid 800 Mcg, vitamin b12 4mcg, calcium 250 mg, Iron 27mg, and zinc 25 mg. The COQ10 supplements are 100 mg for one softgel. How much should I take? how often? will these be safe to take together? should I be taking anything else?
