mums who tilt there babies mattress, help please??

So my LO has a bad cold and I want to tilt her mattress to help her maybe sleep better, I feel really stupid asking but what do you use to tilt it and how much do u tilt it?? She never had a cold before so havent had to think of it till now xx

Bed blocks or I put a small rolled up towel underneath the mattress at one end

I put a book under each leg of the cot

I had a long thin cardboard box in the house waitin to go in the bin so I cut that in half and put it underneath the mattress

The hospital told me to put a yellow pages under the Moses basket (head end) it helps them with sleeping after a feed etc apparently.

Thanks girls I dont have any books suitable to so will try the blanket or pillow idea, so far tonite the karvol and calpol seems to be working, so will see how she sleeps tonite, then do the mattress tomorrow if she needs it xx
