Must be hormonal.. Kicking off about someone using my bins lol!!!

Arghhhh, stupid neighbours, they have their own outside black bins so why use mine!!! I know there is an old guy who always uses mine as I caught him and someone ripped off the sticker with my number house on it (I painted it underneath so I knew it was mine) and now someone is putting dirty nappies (with poo all in) in no nappy bags in my bin, really f**king me off now I never end up having enough room for my stuff grrrrr!

Does anyone know where I can get a decent bin padlock from LOL?

I would be p off too!! I would go mad in fact! I kicked off the other day with a neighbours child cos he threw a biscuit at my doorstep!!! hahaha.....Put a sign on the bin!! xx
