Her cough sounds really sore and her nose has been runny which has now turned crusty, she sounds really nasally and has been crying a lot and when she is not crying she is sleeping, she hasn't really fed much today and when she did she spat it up 
Its hard to see her like this, i don't know if its a cold or maybe something more serious? Has anyone else been through something similar and can maybe give some advice? x
