Just uploading both videos onto photobucket now baby was possibly sleeping and its a very clear video! i timed it at around 170ish bpm.

cool. dumb ?..... is that some sort of home device? had our 8 week ultrasound on the 12th and the machine looked nothing like that. you are in a different country so figured i'd ask

mommy its the hire doppler off ebay! 'bestman' is its proper brand name.
Hunterace its a doppler you can either buy them online or hire them, if you check ebay or amazon they will come up. Midwives use them after 16weeks in the uk normally as its usually quite difficult to find a 1inch long babies heartbeat unless u know where to look, i know where my baby lays now so i get it instantly.

lololol!! I cant hear the difference between trains and horses hb's, I cant hear any difference between this hb and my daughters... I wonder if im having a girly too?

ohhhh well ollies just sounded a bit more 'strong' and it was a tiny bit faster than that.

mind you the midwives were adamant my big sister was having a boy but she had a girl! so its a old wives tale but i really really hope im having a girl

i can feel where my womb is a bit, so i kinda take it from there baby is either bang on in the middle above my bikini line or to the right, you just gotta apply dif amounts ofpressure at dif angles i even managed to get the baby directly under the probe at one point it got really loud
