My baby's sick- advice help?

Hi ladies! DD seemed fine yesterday apart from a runny nose, when she had her morning bottle at half 7 this morning she threw it up immediately. Same happened when I gave her a tiny bit of dry cereal and also pureed pear! I tried her again with milk and she took a few gulps and threw up pretty much everything in her stomach she then had a nap.

Once again tried with a little bit of milk when she woke up and same happened so I phoned HV, she said no food or milk and only give her 5-10mls of water every 10 minutes. That was about 2 hours ago. She proceeded to vomit up water and then started refusing as she knew it would make her sick.

Should I take her into docs? I'm worried she'll get dehydrated? She's now napping again, but she's not crying for lunch or anything like she normally would?

i would. i read that if baby sicks up a full feed more than twice, then u should seek medical advice straight away. jmho x
