My friend asked if I'd started using my birthing Ball (excersise ball) yet. When I said I hadn't she was like 'ooh you wanna get on it now, should make the baby engage quicker!' (he's already head down anyway!) So I pumped it up before and sat on it and just thought 'what now?' When I wasn't PG I used it for exercise, but what exactly should I be doing now? Should I be bouncing slightly, making circles with my hips, rocking from side to side? I have no idea? Someone pls explain what I should be doing?
