Here it is, between 1-2 days before expected period or 1-2 days after, I've a cycle of 26-30 days but median is 27 so if so on the day of expected period I got my positive test.
Had symptoms all along but now nothing at all! feel a bit gutted about that actually as it worries me!

Congratulations 😀 on your bfp , I wouldn't worry about the symptoms thing, I've been having Similar like a few cramps and nausea, I've heard it's around 6 weeks that symptoms really kick in, This pregnancy felt really nauseous this last few days but today I feel great. I'm trying to take it a day at a time due to HG in all my last pregnancies.

Thank you, trying to relax about it, just feel like normal really. Have a scan when i'm 5+3 but reckon it'll be too early on to show a heartbeat.
Sorry to hear about the HG, had it my first pregnancy and I know it's terrible.

HG really is terrible, I'm taking a day at a time, trying to be positive I will be ok this time. Taking pregnacare vitamins while I still can lol. Not sure what you can see at 5 weeks +3 on a scan but I hope all goes ok for you, I don't have any scans booked but see the midwife for first time on 20 April. Edd is 7 December x
