I am soooooo angry and i need to vent

I have just got back from an amazing holiday but the stupid stewardess has spoilt it for me.....

I was stood queing for the toilet minding my own business and the stewardess came barging past me in the aisle. Isobel only managed to avoid a full blow as I turned sideways but she still smacked into me sending me backwards into the lady in the seat at the side of me. She still got my bump though (only a bit). My mum said will you be careful she is 6 months pregnant and she didn't even look at us. She still carried on catching my mum and the man behind her too.

As I was getting off the plane i asked for her name and she said it wasnt her. I said it was and she said that the crew had been talking about it saying we had a go at her (as if its our fault). So she realised she had done it and nobody thought to apologise.

So I am going to write a strongly worded letter to Thomson. Its just a pity as on the journey out the lady spotted I was pregnant took me out of the queue sat me on the stewards chair till my turn etc, and the hotel have been brill.

I was soooooooooooo angry, but glad to be home x x x

oh no thats awful. defo write in and make a complaint. i cant believe how ignorant that woman was, she couldnt have even acknowledged that she was in the wrong and apologise. and so what even if you did have a go at her, she should be more careful, you're carrying a precious little baby for goodness sake!!!

Yes, she should have apologised, even if it was an accident. Normally stewardesses are pretty good at social skills. Sounds like this one was unusually bad..... I'd complain too!

Poor you sounds horrendous.

She won't apologies as that is an admission of guilt, and she is probably worried you would sue her (just for the record I think she owes you a huge apology).

I would most definitely write in a letter of complaint about not only what happened but how you were treated afterwards.

She would have gotten a hard slap round the face from me! Silly cow. I'm glad you're ok, but I would definitely write a very angry letter to Thomson! Companies freak out when they upset pregnant women so you should expect something good from them in compensation!! Haha xx

even if you had a go at her...there would have to have been a reason!! she obviously knew she had done something hence why her and her collegues had been disgusing it between themselves! they have prob told her to deny it and nothing will be done. Shame you cudnt have gotten the ladys name and address you fell on to also say what had happened, but its not untill you get off and properly think about the incident.

deffo write in and remember to say that the staff had even talked about the incident so it did happen!!!!!! if they refuse to do anything report them to papers and radio stations!!

Stupid cow! I'm sure your baby will be fine though - they are very well padded in there. Definatly write a letter telling them what she did and how you feel it's unacceptable for her to bash into you and then not apologise straight away.

I'd also mention the good service you had on the plane on the way out though....

Thanks ladies me and bump have just had tea and are snuggled up she has been kicking so all is fine now.

He annoying thing was I got such good treatment on the way out, we can't let one nasty lady spoil it when so many do a good job.

Sarah- I won't say which flight I will do a proper letter to thomson at least follow the right channels. I just needed a vent I think I was a bit shook up and the ladies on here are great listeners!

Great to hear you had a good holiday. I'm off on ours on Sat can't wait!! And I'm flying Thomsons so I'll be extra carefull around cabin crew. Normally cabin crew are great thou they have special customer car training they have to go on.

Make your you write the TOM flight no, date, time, depature airport and your arrival airport. And if you can remember your booking ref no in the letter. That way they can find which flight your on straight away.
