My c-section birth story :)

Was your 1st a c-section as well then? My 2nd was an unplanned c-section, kinda like you, I pushed for over 2 hours, found out I have a narrow pelvis, so had to have a c-section.(my 1st baby was a month early and small enough for a vaginal delivery) I am having a planned c-section this time. I wasnt shaved by a nurse with my c-section, I did make sure I wasnt a huge bush though, but I didnt completely shave, but I will make sure to shave this time! I also never had to drink anything, but maybe I will this time. Good to know all of this stuff! I totally forgot about the leg bags! I didnt like them on.

Big congratulations!!

That sounded a lot more interesting than my c-section 17 months ago.

We sat around doing nothing, watching daytime tv til I was told to undress and put a gown and tight stockings on. (no monitoring/bloods/shaving!)

I then walked into the operating theatre, everything else was done in there, and as you say, within 5mins my baby was born!
