50g butter
150ml water
65g p flour sifted
2 eggs beaten
150ml cream whipped
heat oven to 200c/gas 6 and moisten 2 baking sheets with a little cold water
melt butter and water in a pan, bring to boil. Add the flour and beat until it forms a dough ball.
cool slightly and add eggs a little at a time(you want to get as much air as possible into the mixture)
pipe onto trays (small balls or eclairs)
bake for 15-20mins till golden and crisp
cool and then fill with cream(i mix some tinned custard in the cream its nicer)
either drown in chocolate sauce or dip into melted dark chocolate
