this morning ff has said i O'd on CD23 . i did have wet/damp panties from CD24 to 25 and then CD26/27 i have had creamy mucus in my panties.

ca anyone tell me if all this is ok? i dont know what is normal and what isnt.

Your chart doesn't like you've ovulated until four dpo to be honest :/ but FF knows better than me, so good luck!

this is my first month off bc and first time i have eva tempt. i dnt know my cycle at all. by the chart i didnt think i had O'd but ff thinks i have

I would suggest getting some ovulation prediction kits. They are fairly cheap (look on amazon) and help you to know exactly when you ovulate. I use them along with my FF account and I am finding it to be super helpful.

Your temp is rather hard to read- bouncing up and down. If you haven't already, try to read all of the FF lessons that are sent to you each day. I learned a TON about temping, ovulation, mucas, etc. I was really shocked at how little I knew about my own body. That will really help you as you are starting out.

Also, creamy mucas is not uncommon after ovulation. It just should dry up before your period.

well ff shifted my predicted AF date aswell, as i have only had a withdrawel bleed when i stopped bc, i dnt actually know when AF is due but af predicted 2mo but when i enter this mornings temp it has shifted it to the 2nd of october. i have got OPK's off amazon for next cycle as the only arrived yesterday. i am hoping i did O then coz thats when i did the BD.
