Hi I've been off the depo now since January and haven't even had af yet! My dr prescribed a 7 day course of provera but it didn't work and wants me to see a fertility specialist as my progesterone & estregen levels were very low, I already have children so I know I can conceive I just think it's the depo that has stuffed my hormones up and want to fix things myself naturally I'm 37, so far I've been taking vitex for the last month and maca and also take prenatal vitamins, vit c, flax seed oil & vit b. anyone else have any advice on what else I can do to make things happen quicker? I also bought opks last week and they have all been positive for the last 6 days, is that normal?
