And I think I've figured out why.
Since I was a little kid, I've always toe-walked. Honestly, I never tried to stop. I was teased about it here and there in school, but with shoes on, I walk flat, so it's only at home that I'm usually sock or bare footed that I do it, so no biggie.
But I noticed last night when I woke at 3am and went to get some water that I was walking flat in my bare feet. I'm almost 37 and I have never walked flat footed in my bare feet and that must be why my feet ache all the time.
Or is aching feet completely normal and I'm reading too much into this? Lol
