My first ultrasound.

    Hello everyone, I'm new and wanted to post some pics up of my U/S last week on Tuesday. I am 17 years of age and currently 9 weeks this week. In the ultrasound I was 8 weeks 6 days. I hope you enjoy.

    congrats!

    thats amazing to see, its such a difference from the little spec that I saw on my scan I had last week when I was about 5 weeks + 5. i guess they must be changing really quickly at the moment.

    Fairy, when I was 5 weeks I had a huge scare. My baby had not even formed yet. There was just an embryo and I was told I was most likely going to miscarry. Then in just 3 weeks an actual baby formed and you can see its head and tummy. It really is crazy how much a baby forms in just a matter of weeks.

    Linzy, then what you see in my U/S is what is in your belly as well. It's pretty cool isn't it? :)

    Congrats !

    I love seeing all the scan pics.

    I had my 1st scan at 6 w 5 days, and it was so tiny but we saw the heartbeat. I have my 12 week scan thursday and cant wait to see how the :baby: has grown.
