Does anyone else use this???

I've recently discovered it and have signed up and downloaded the iphone app. I think it's a genius idea so i can log all my food and exercise for the day and it works out the cals and fat etc that i have left for the day

I'm currently playing around with it and finding out what else it does.

So, who else uses it? Do you mind if i add you as a friend on there and we can all support each other on our weight loss

I love the ticker. It's great that when you enter your weight on www.myfitnesspal.com it automatically updates on here. Saves having to do it manually all the time. Lol.
