My gestational sac is a bit low, they said! What does that mean?

I'm 8 weeks pregnant now. Just had my ultrasound today and the baby has a good heart beat at 160bpm and is the right size for the 8+4. But the nurse said my sac is a bit low. What does this usually mean?

Yeah I thought it looked pretty normal too!

I found out last night when my fiance and I were talking about this, and he said his mum told him she also had a low sac too when she was pregnant with him! Could it be passed on through genes? Or am I just one of the unlucky ones? She suffered from extreme placenta previa and had to have a c section. I'm probably in for placenta previa too.. So I'm a bit worried about that. But you get put on bed rest a lot.
