Whose chart looks triphaisc, and what does that mean? Also, why is it good if your temp keeps rising? Thanks for the help, I'm a newby )

Sorry it took forever to reply. I'm a bit side tracked. I'm not sure how to describe triphasic... Lol. Uhmmm... I'll send you a link that explains it. Lol. And it's good that your temperature keeps rising because just before AF it will drop. So if it stays high you know you're still in the game for a bfp!
