My scan pic - thoughts please?

Hi Ladies. I had my first scan a few weeks ago when I was 7w1d. My doctor wasn't planning on doing the scan but I kinda begged for one as I've been so worried about this pregnancy (MC in Nov). My doctor hesitated a bit but obviously did the scan (transvaginally) though she said multiple times that "we're not out of the woods yet, it's still early etc. " which I realize, but it obviously didn't help me feel much better. Anyway, she pointed out the baby and the heartbeat (though I'm embarrassed to say I was so shocked to actually see something in there that I didn't really know what I was looking at). She did say that I was measuring at exactly 7w1d so that made me feel better. My next appointment is 4/18, I'll be 11w1d...it cannot get here soon enough. I am absolutely terrified of waiting for her to try to find the heartbeat... I guess I just wanted to post my pic and ask if someone can explain exactly what I'm looking at and/or if things look good? Basically I'm looking for any reason to breathe a little easier until next week.

Looks perfect to me! Congratulations! Your doctor just doesn't wanna get your hopes up, but since you were able to see the heart beating, your risks do go way down. Still, expect the worst and hope for the best, and you won't be disappointed.

I see your little baby in the middle of those two little + signs... And the little ball that baby is very close to is baby's yolk.

It took forever for my post to go through, so somebody beat me to it.

Thank you all so much! I know no one can guarantee me that everything will be perfect...at any point really. I just hate this waiting game in between appointments. I'm sure you guys can relate. :/ Anyway, thanks again for taking the time to look and help make me feel a little better!

Looks very similar to mine at seven weeks and four days! On the screen there would be a very small flicker that would be the heartbeat. The rest is pretty much unrecognisable. Eg. No idea which bit is the head etc!

But five weeks later my 11 week 5 day scan looks like a cute little baby that's kicking
