yep yep... heartburn / acid reflux - the following should help:

    - keep your head elevated when you lie down
    - don't drink a lot of fluid when you eat
    - eat small meals frequently instead of large meals
    - avoid citrus, caffeine, tomatoes, spicy food, fatty food

but even doing all that I still get it - I find a cup of peppermint and chamomile tea helps a bit, and TUMS

    Yup, heartburn!

I crunch ice, that seems to help alleviate the symptoms a little too.

Sounds like acid reflux since our stomachs get more and more squished as the baby grows and its contents (very acidic) are being pushed up, plus pregnancy hormones relax the sphincter that normally would close the entrance to the stomoach from esophagus..
I started having it only about a week ago.. eeek.. feels horrible. Some of the suggestions others have given might help. :)
