yep yep... heartburn / acid reflux - the following should help:
- keep your head elevated when you lie down
- don't drink a lot of fluid when you eat
- eat small meals frequently instead of large meals
- avoid citrus, caffeine, tomatoes, spicy food, fatty food
but even doing all that I still get it - I find a cup of peppermint and chamomile tea helps a bit, and TUMS
