My unbelievable BFP- Cycle 1 with PCOS!

That's right, we did it! I don't know how! I have PCOS and I didn't know if I'd ever get pregnant, but cycle one and I got my BFP tonight at 10DPO (or so I think).

I am so unbelievably happy but in total shock! I was having some symptoms that could have either been pregnancy or AF and was hoping it was pregnancy but I never really thought *I* would be lucky enough to get pregnant first go!
