Nappies?

How many nappies is it a good idea to have? I want to stock up so I don't need to worry about the first few weeks but im not really sure what the best amount to have is.. obviously theres sizes too. Would it be better to get a few packs of each sizes just to be sure?

its really hard to tell until the baby is born what size you will need! alot of babies are too big right from the start to wear newborns, and they grow so fast you may need to transition between sizes for awhile. i think your plan of having a few packs of different sizes to start! my daughter was in newborns for 2 months, size 1 for 3-4 months, size 3 for like 8 months and is now in size 4. (rough estimate....)
