Nappy rash

Evie has as awful rash just between her bum cheeks and I don't know what to do.

She doesn't actually wear a nappy anymore but does wear pull ups.

Should I just ditch them altogether and have her in knickers?

She doesn't wet them and is dry thru the night, I have them on her just in case

You could put a waterproof sheet on the bed incase of accidents but if she is more dry than wet i would be tempted to just ditch them. An accident can clean up easily and it'll be cheaper x

If your a bit nervous about fully stopping using pull ups you could always try cloth training pants (baba & boo do some well priced ones) and a waterproof sheet on the bed. Personally once my son was dry on a night for one week we stopped using pull ups and never had a waterproof sheet under him and it went fine. Good luck.
