I got the jungle one excellant price :D

They are great didn't have the jungle one when i had Jack

I didn't like them as they hummed big time, better to get a bag and put in there
bex.x

My pal had one an they were fine ... Although I'm pretty sure they would pong if you didn't empty them!!

Anyway I bought one - My preference!

Read up on reviews & there is more plus than minus - I'm assuming it may make a difference on the model & if its cheap & nasty!

I got a tomme tipee one (was sangenic) when Gabriel was little and still using it noww, biggest downer is cost of refils.

Yer Tam said the same to me but wouldn't live without hers :D

I got 3 refil packs for £10

well i emptied everyday and cleaned with bleach everyday and it still smelt but then I do have an OCD with cleaning so perhaps this is why?

I had the most expensive one on the market (typical Dave) this was 7 years ago,I just hated it but people are different.

I prefer to bag and bin ...

I think its more hygenic but like we say each to there own!

xxx

I love mine too, where did u get refils? were they only on offer when u bought the bin, 'cos thats good price one cassette is normally £5.49

They are hygenic - very! (Not sure they would say they were if not the case) Wrapped & binned instead of open air bags thats split I assume. My house will always be hygenic with or without baby. I like the idea they are squashed & firmly wrapped and emtied in one go into one bag than going in an out of the house day & night when baby needs changed or a nappy lying around in house in a bag - this way lids down & it can be emptied in morning.

Bexxie I wonder if bleach helped - Bleach often just covers smells although I like my bleach too lol I sometimes think bleach smell left over can make what goes in smell stronger too - argh hope that makes sense.

I mean Tam says hers doesn't smell - you can't always expect sweet smells since its for nappies ... an obviously it would need emptied.

well I bought my first few bits today so I'm quite pleased I'm not going to be down in mouth about it & I like my buy :D

I wasn't having a go, it just wasn't for me, sorry if I offended!

i have one and yes they do smell really bad...

i have the jungle theme in rhys' bedroom though so i just 'had' to have one!

I thought i had a good sense of smell, so ok they smell a bit when you lift lid sometimes but when lid firmly closed i can't smell a thing.

i feel the same lynnie like i have offended only saying i dont like them and from personal use found them pongy thats all,nd if a nappy bag splits in the bin i dont get bothered as the wheelie bin is cleaned out once a week by a cleaning thing (a man comes round) to do it.
honest each to their own and was just saying what i felt from my experience.

Smell when you open the lid Terrie? or smell the room? Opening the lid if you have smelly nappies an haven't changed it immediately it would smell if bubs had stinky bum lol...

I'm guessing it would smell when you open the lid but I'ev had a handful say that but no to smelly rooms ... oh an Terrie just said its when you open lid!

Did you not use yours much Terrie? I wouldn't go out to the outside bin in the night no way  an I hate the smell of nappies in the house an lets face it id rather have the smell covered up than a bag in my kitchen floor or summit lol

i only ment that it smelt when u lifted the lid!!
