Natal Hypnotherapy

    Anyone around my dates started theirs yet?
    I listen to the early CDs at the moment, but only once or twice a week.
    Not due to move on to more advanced until week 32.

    I'm going to try and REALLY get into it this week and stick to it religously...:happydance:

    I wanted to try and give birth without drugs... I don't like medicines etc much... plus I want the baby at home... in a pool in the kitchen... don't want MUCH do I? hahahha :blush:

    I ordered the CD last week and can't wait for it to come.

    I've got a lot of catching up to do though as I'm 36 weeks!

    Just thought I'd let you know, I did this for the first time yesterday and it was sooo lovely and relaxing!

    I just completely shut off for 45 mins, it was great!

    Whether it'll work during labour or not I will wait and see!
