Had a bath in radox with clary sage
Had evenin primrose oil
Had eggplant parmagiana
Been bouncin on birth ball

And




Nothin but I'm gonna keep on tryin I'm not goin over due again.how's everyone elses self induction goin? X

apparently cod liver oil is good too. One of my friends drunk small bottle instead taking one spoon! and she had little one very quickly after that.

also old midwife told me that stimulating nipples helps and sperm in the mouth as it has hormone which they use to use in some tablets in past.

well its certaintly to early for me but i heard orgasams help your womb contract and sperm helps you enface :shrugs: maybe give that a try and a hike lol

Ive already given up on trying things! I just get disappointed. I figured Id relax and try again if she isnt here by 39 weeks. Only tried sex, walking, and nipple stimulation. Dont have a birthing ball, so Ive been sitting on the edge of the couch bouncing a little. I am already 1 and 1/2 cm though, didnt make any progress from last week to this week

I tryed pinapple , Bouncing on my ball for 7 hours a day
hot baths sex , walk hot food nothing !!
I went hospital today because I thought my waters had gone and my cervxs still closed and waters intact xx

I'm not quite there yet but just thought I would share what the Physio told us in one of the classes. Apparently there's trigger points in the shoulders so if your OH massages your shoulders it could bring labour on but it will only really happen if your body is ready for it to happen. She was showing us massage techniques but didn't want any of us massaging the shoulder area just in case!! xxx

This seems to be the case with all self-induction things. It only works if your body was about to go into labor anyway.

Semen in the mouth... That makes me gag and throw up. So does vomiting induce contractions?

actually cod liver oil can be very dangerous, it can cause vomiting and diarrhea and dehydration, its known to be a really good way to induce labor, but why take that risk?
there are lots of threads about it.
I think its safer to try sex and bouncing on the ball, much safer and more pleasant!

RLT captules
Had curry
Had pineapple
Had eggplant parmagiana
Had sex
Been bouncing on birth ball
lots of walking and squatting and nothing has worked so far

oh and ps as for the man juice in the mouth it wouldnt work as the prostaglandin in semen would be killed by the saliva in your mouth and wouldnt do anything to encourage labour....the semen would have be around the cervix for the prostaglandin to work
