Nausea and fatigue connected?

I was noticing recently, that the more tired I am, the more nauseous I feel. For example, I was exhausted yesterday and I also felt very sick. Today, however, I wasn't as tired and I have had very minimal nausea.
I looked it up out of curiosity and I found a link to an actual study that said there is a link! Who knew?

I think so! Because I feel the same way. I find that if I am home, off of work and able to eat and lay down as I please my symptoms aren't as intense. It isn't until I work for long periods that the symptoms start to tackle me head on.

I have definitely found this with all my pregnancies.
