Hi,

Just wondering how you all cope with nausea or feeling sick at work? I'm starting to feel sickly most of the day now not actually been sick yet but keep on wretching so think the sickness is on it's way.

No one in my office knows I am pregnant and I don't want them to due to previous m/c's.

Other than going to loo's all the time how does everyone cope?

Extra strong mints and sip sparkling water all day long. That worked for me up until this week, when the sickness got too much and I'm at home on the sofa with a duvet!
Hope you feel better x

I am at work now and I feel so sick I just want to go home and rest in my bed.

Im 21 and this is my 1st pregnancy.

I havent been sick but I have about 5 or 6 occations where I have felt so ill.

My mum said Rennies help, as I have food constantly repeating on me which makes me feel sick.

I find that I feel sick traveling to work in my car so I have Extra Strong Terbor Mints they do help, aslo chewing gum helps.

Wish I could rest I'm doing the 9-5 each day and my boss is not very supportive if I am really unwell, as I have to manage staff, it's quite difficult.
My boss just says "just keep going, only a few more hours".

Oh well at the moment just have to deal with it lol

I had no MS at all until today! I have work in two hours, just take it easy drink lots of water and mints and have some plain biscuits or crackers before you leave for work. Failing that run to the toilet to be sick, and just complain you have a dodgey tummy.

I'm in week 6 now and I still didn't have MS. I felt a little sick two days ago though, but i took a tablet which my Dr. gave me for MS. I've been taking them for 2 days now and i'm feeling okay. Excpet that i'm not in the mood to work and wake up in the morning lool
