Is anyone else able to predict when nausea will hit based on the time of day? I know that when I get out of bed, I'll have some mild heartburn-like discomfort. I eat a little snack, some dry cereal or crackers and the heartburn disappears. Between 8:30 am and 9 am, the nausea hits worse. Sometimes it's been to the point of sporadic, sudden dry heaving into my office garbage can and sometimes it just makes me feel awful. That usually lasts for some intensity until 1 to 2 pm and then I start feeling amazing and super hungry. By the time I'm leaving work at five and get into my car, the nausea is coming back.
Does anyone else have it like this? You know when it's going to hit and so you just sit and wait for it?
