Hi guys, I'm 5 wks pregnant with my 5th child. My others are 10, 8, 7, and 5. With them I have no symptoms at all felt not too much different from normal however this time I feel awful I have terrible nausea and dizziness has anyone any tips to ease it I feel like I'm going to throw up every minute of the day.

Hi & Congratulations
Ive found that eating every 2-3 hours, only something small, an apple, packet of crisps, etc has eased my ms.
I tried travel bands but they made me feel worse and dizy with it. although lots of people have had success with them.
Drinking lots of fluid, water or squash helps as well as the sickness is worse when youre dehydrated.
Hope this helps :hugs:
xx

Everything redbubble says, except seabands work for me on 'good days'. Keeping hydrated is a must, you will feel worse if you're dehydrated. Hope it gets better for you soon x

During the 1st trimester, I was so nauseous all day, especially when I wasn't super busy. It was difficult to deal with. Sucking on hard candy really helped (I had orange flavored, but I've heard mints are also good). I didn't have dizziness, though. I think you should mention that to the doctor, have your blood pressure checked. I'm sure it's normal, though. Now I am barely into the 2nd trimester, and the nausea went away (YAY!), so don't worry about it lasting forever.
