hiya charlies nearlly a year old now and was wondering do i just change his milk to normal milk and also what sort of things are you feeding your little ones ?

Thanks in advance will pop back on in a few days as still not got net back on at home :hissy: xxx

Kaysie is almost one as well, she currently has three bottles a day, morning, lunch and night. I am gradually transfering her across, one bottle at a time, so first it was morning bottle, the next one to go is lunch to cows milk and then eventually her night time bottle.

She eats pretty much what we do as we eat home made stuff, so sausage casseroles, pasta in sauces, lasagne, stew, roasts, salad, jacket potato etc for dinner, for lunch it is sandwiches, fruits, yoghurt, rice cakes, little bit of cheese etc, and breakfast is cereal and toast and if still hungry a yoghurt.

Yes you can give him full fat cow's milk now. You might want to mix it with his formula at first and gradually increase the quantity until he gets used to it.

At one year Aaron was eating mostly the same food as us. Cereal or toast for breakfast, cheese/fruit/veg sticks/oatcakes for snacks, sandwiches/boiled egg/scrambled egg/cheese on toast/tuna on toast and yogurt for lunch and a cooked meal for dinner, for example pasta/stew/curry/roast/shepherd's pie/stir fry, etc.
