Ive been so miserable the last few days because i dont know how but ive done something to my neck and its killing me, ive had to take paracetamol (the first few day i didnt take any because i know its safe in pregnancy but i only like to take medication when i really have to but its hurting so bad i have to now) does anyone know of anything i can rub on it? I know i cant use the gels with ibuprofen in them but is it safe to use those warming gels/creams that dont have ibuprofen? I dont think my doctor or midwife would be to impressed with me wasting their time with whats probably just a pulled muscle so thought id see if anyone here knows?
