Need advice please

Hello, i am 7dpo, few days after i had sharp stabbing pains in lower abdomen, lasted 2 secs. Since then I've had heavy feelings in tummy, boobs very sensitive some veins are showing and im eating more. Im also sleepy more which is not like me, i normally have energy to do things but not last few days. I can't get comfortable laid on sofa and bed and find myself waking up with pain in lower back. Any ideas please?

Sounds similar to me! I got a BFP around 9DPO.

Had the awful period feeling for a few months on and off after.
