NEED ALL you ladies TIPS! ASAP!

So after 3 years of on and off TTC, (never preventing)
we couldn't conceive.

One chemical/early miscarriage 4 weeks 5days a year ago.

Feel SUPER sad, I decided to see an infertility doc!

Her guess was my tubes were being blocked by endometrosis
scaring the tubes.

HSG- Tubes were fabulous flowing into abdomen, they did find..
a Polyp in my uterine lining.

I just had surgery last friday to have it removed and make sure nothing
else was wrong.

Well she told my mom (I was still asleep) that I should be very fertile, and
be able to get pregnant. That I do have a partical heart shaped uterus which worries me a bit.

Well I NEED your help.

I'm suppose O tomorrow but sometimes its a day or two later that I get O cramps.

I want to make sure to have the best chance so PLEASE all the tips you
can I feel so excited to finally have been told I WILL get pregnant after years of probly nots!

Do hand stands after dtd! Tilt your bum as much as poss! Get those spermies where they're meant to go!

What fizzy pop said. Also eat as healthy as possible. Take vitamins and follic. Bd as much as possible. Because sometimea women dont exactly know when they o. Are u using a fertility monitor or charting? Im not doing that but i know some women find it helpful.
