need easy to make pasta dishes/sauces

I tend to cook a lot of pasta the typical spaghetti and muscacholi but im looking for more easy to cook pasta dishes to try something different.

or even rice dishes would be ok too.

and any sauces that are easy to make that can be served with chicken or beef

What about cheese and ham pasta bake? Really easy to make and tastes yummy as well!

this is a weekly fav of mine and my girls!

1.boil penne pasta in salted water.
2.heat frying pan with little butter,add chicken breast&mushrooms,cook through then add chicken stock and reduce down,add some parsley,salt,pepper and garlic stir and then add double cream stir till thick.
3.add penne pasta and serve with parmasan cheese!! yummy!!
