Need help on reading my Semen Analysis

Hello everyone. I recently performed a semen analysis and would like help from anyone on what my results mean. I would trullllllyy appreciate it... here we go....

The results are as follows:

Abnormal head: 66
Abnormal mid piece: 22
Abnormal tail: 4
B. Slow: 4
C. Non Progressive: 4
Color: Opaque
Concentration: 6.5 Million/mL
Cryptozoospermia: N/a
D. Immotile: 63
Normal Form: 8
PH: 8
Progressive Motility (A+B) 33
Total Count: 74.75 million/ejac
Semen Analysis Volume: 11.5 mL
WBC: 0

I know the normal is over 20 million/mL and I can see that I am way below this number. Yet, my total count is 74.75 million/ ejac which I don't know is a very abnormal value? Also, my semen volume of 11.5 mL is extremely high. Should I be concerned from these results?

You can not go by 1 S/A you should have another one in a few months, try not to panic just yet.

There are things you can do.

MY DH is taking wellman conception L-Arginine as well as Vitamin a and e and extra selium.

We have bought a book by Zita West, there is lots of usefull information that will help you.

Thank you so much for your advice! I am slightly concerned, I know there is some variation in people so I will try another test....

If anyone else might know about the volume of the semen I would appreciate it. Thank you!!!
