need help on the pill

Hi ladies. Currently not trying but need ur help, I am on the mini pill, I must admit I have forgot to take for 2 or 3 days last week, my OH is the navy and was home we did the deed Thursday 21st after I missed the pill for 3 days. For two days now I have had really sensitive nipples, could this be prey or just my pill?
