My DH and I have been TTC for a few years and just recently decided to switch to NTNP. Lately we have been so focused on timing and tracking and positions we need to know how do you retrain your mind to forgetting the timing and the tracking and the positions? What are some things we can do to make things fun in the bed room? What are some things to help up relax? We have been so focused on this for so long we don't know what to do. Any one have any ideas?
