need ideas to announce pregnancy at marine's homecoming

One of my fiance's best friends is coming home from basic training on the 25th and we're picking him up from the airport. He doesn't know the big news yet. My fiancé suggested maybe making a sign that says "welcome home uncle ___his name" or putting those words on my shirt in the belly region. Any other fun ideas to make it special ?
