Need some advice on ways to up odds of baby making

So AF showed early this morning... I am more upset than I thought I would be. I should be used to it by now. I am now officially on my fifth cycle of ttc baby #2. With my first child it took 20 months and 5 rounds of clomid (100mg). I seem to be ovulating this time around (using opks) yet every month here comes AF. I know I am lucky because I have my DS but I really want to give him a sibling close in age. I don't know what more I can do...any suggestions! Does anyone know of any vitamins or whatever that may help catch an eggy...or help with ewcm? Really would love to get a BFP before Christmas!!!! Please give me some advice.

Apparently grapefruit juice helps with EWCM.

Grapefruit juice!! How much do you have to drink for it to make a difference? And what does preseed/concieve plus do...does it work...how much...where do you get it? All input is appreciated.

I'm not sure how much grapefruit juice, but there was a thread on here (yesterday maybe?) where a lady said she had a glass before and it definitely made a difference.

Re preseed or conceive plus...I've not used it yet, but I have just ordered some from Amazon.

I started taking prenatals as soon as we were TTC. It's the One A Day womens prenatal and DHA/EPA (omega 3)

Okay, I am trying this this month but have no clue if it will help me get my BFP, but figure it can't hurt...

I read on another site that bringing yourself to orgasm after you DTD will help draw the spermies in and aid in conception. So I've been doing this around ovulation this month. I mean, what's the downside? The lady on the side said that she got her BFP that month after trying it the first time; another woman said the same thing. So who knows?

I also concur with the grapefruit juice idea!
