To be blunt.

How long was it before you needed to pee and poo?

Niamhy is 4 weeks old and I still don't have the urge to pee back! I only find out I need when I'm about to burst and have about 30 seconds to get to the toilet.

And as for 'number 2s'. I'm basically eating laxatives as meals otherwise I forget to go and get rather 'uncomfortable'.

When did you start feeling a bit more normal?

It took me a couple of days. Have you asked your MW/HV about it? I'm no expert but 4 seems like a while and my MW pesters me about it every time she sees me, even though I'm fine.
