Negative at cd 27...could I still be pregnant?

As the title says I am on cycle day 27 and had a negative urine test at the doctors yesterday (cd26).
My cycles are usually 31 days.
I think I am 10dpo. But am not 100% sure.
Has anyone had a negative around this time and then had a positive?
My temps are still high and my co has gone from medium up to high today.

Testing 4 days before AF is to early. Did you test today?

no I haven't tested since I was at the doctors a few days ago.

I'm feeling very crampy today, like AF is on the way. I'm so upset because if we're not pregnant this month we're stopping trying for about a year or so while I finish up school.

I really hope AF isn't coming!!
