Negative OPK but Ovulation??

Hi Ladies! I am on CD 16 and projected to ovulate today. But so far all my opk's are coming back negative. I have irregular periods and I am taking Vitex to help me regulate everything. I felt what I believe to be mittelschmerz, when I went to the bathroom and wiped I had a lot of EWCM and just a twinge of pinkish blood. Maybe I ovulated and the opk's just aren't turning for me? Or maybe I didn't ovulate at all. Anyone experience this and did in fact ovulate? Thanks for reading.

Those signs can happen before during or after ovulation xx Are you temping? OPKS are great at predicting O and temping confirms it. A lot of women find it hard to catch their surge, as sometimes they can be very short. Also, a + OPK means you will ovulate within 12-36 hours (sometimes 72) so it's hard to figure out your DPO xx I hope it all sorts out soon and you get your positive and catch that eggy! Good luck
