Negative opk

Anyone got a bfp without a +OPK? I had ewcm yesterday but non today so far but got negative OPKs. Did I o yesterday or not. I'm not temping

I've really only
Had luck temping which is hard because that only tells you after the hand for confirmation. I've had positive opks and blood work has said no ovulation. And I've had negative opks and I have ovulated. They are hard to rely on sometimes. But they do work for some people

Iv got no cm at all today, yesterday was tonnes of ewcm so maybe I just missed the surge?
