Negative tests but still pregnant?

Hi everyone,

I guess I’m just still clinging onto a bit of hope here but I’m 15dpo but had all negative tests. I’ve been having vivid dreams, lower back ache for about 5 or 6 days now, slightly raised temperature among other things. Just wondering if anyone’s had negative tests around the day of their missed period but then gone on to have a BFP?
