Nettle Rash!!

OMG I have been suffering from this for the last 2 hrs now and it is spreading!! I am in so much pain of the itch it is making me twitch ffs!!! ARGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH. I am taking Piriton (Chlorphenamine) as NHS direct say it is! The pain from the itch is unbelievable!!!

have u been rolling around in nettles? or have u just got a hives rash?? xxx got any calomine lotion?

Cold water on a flannel to ease the itching. Relax, which is really hard to do. Piriton should work in 30mins to reduce it, how are you doing?

Do you know what caused it? I'm allergic to the cold and come out in hives rash
