Never had symptoms with my other kids!

I am 5 weeks 5 days today and this is my 3rd child. With my first two, I didn't have one symptom, other than growing boobs and belly. But this one so far has given me cramps since 9 DPO which have subsided and are barely noticeable now and out of the blue my boob are starting to hurt when I push on them.....I had one girl and one boy so this one being different doesnt give me any gender indication anyone else have symptoms when they didnt have them with previous pregnancies?

I don't have many symptoms (well very mild) where as with my little boy i was sick from word go, felt absolutley dreadful until he popped out! x
