New at temp charting! Basal or Regular Digital thermometer?

I'm new to charting and I'm definitely interested in starting ASAP. What do you ladies recommend? A Basal or Digital thermometer? Any help is greatly appreciated

I recommend a digital basal thermometer. You can get one from Walmart for less than $8. It measures to the .01 instead of the .1. The temp difference may be so slight you need that extra .01 degree

it does depend on each person, i just use a normal digital thermometer and if you look at my chart, for me my temperature rise is so huge that thats all i need!

I also use a digital basal thermometer. I got it at target for around $8, I think. It's working well so far.

I temp vaginally (it's not as scary or gross as it sounds, I promise) because I sleep with my mouth open due to really bad seasonal allergies.
